Coffee

Our beans are roasted to order. Therefore, please allow up to five (5) business days for your order to ship.

Returns & Refunds

Coffee

We do not accept returns or exchanges on coffee products. Coffee is perishable and our whole beans are roasted to order, so we’re unable to accept coffee returns.

Merchandise

Most of our merchandise is printed to order. Therefore, unless the item was misprinted/damaged/defective, we cannot accept returns.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once you have contacted us to authorize a return, ship the item(s) back to us and provide tracking via email. Once we have received and inspected the return, we will issue your replacement or process your refund, minus shipping.
